This Privacy Policy explains how Stylus Notes (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and a chosen handle, used to create and secure your account.
• Your content: notes, handwriting/drawing data, and folders you create in the App.
• Sharing & referral data: share codes, note shares, and referral relationships you create.
• Technical data: basic authentication and connection metadata needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and sync your notes across sessions and devices.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To enable sharing and referral features you choose to use.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your notes for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers in the EU (eu-central-1). Access is protected by authentication and row-level security so that you can only access your own content.

Third-party services

We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, and storage). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms. We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Data retention & account deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing gsoftinteractive@gmail.com. We will delete your account and content within 30 days of a verified request.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
